Gradient color on navbar toggle button on Android Firefox #11468

I'm using css v3.0.2 and notice the the toggle button has a gradient color applied to it and when I press the button the gradient turns blue.

Here is an example on the Bootstrap website using FF 23.0 for Android 4.0.3.

Have you noticed this anywhere besides Android Firefox?
