Fixes issue #303
The Python client has not being maintained and will not receive any updates in the future. It was initially created as an example of a Twirp implementation in a different language, but now there are better Python implementations made by the community like github.com/verloop/twirpy
The Python generator is still available in older versions of Twirp
