Support different icon sets. Defaults to the new one but can be changed back to classic in preferences. Couldn't come up with a good way to transfer that preference over so everyone starts out with the new one. Also the classic icon set has been updated with larger icons to match current UI. New option, Modify both http and https URLs. This has no effect until Firefox v42+. Prior to that version cookie preferences were always for both http and https. It's checked by default. (gh-21)
On first startup it displays a "What's new" page explaining these changes. It should only show up the first time and I'll only have it display on new versions that have a lot of user facing changes. It can be viewed again from addon preferences. (gh-22)

Icon set is now the new one called dreadnaut. Those that still want to use the old icons can choose the classic icon set in preferences.
If you run in to any issues, especially after Firefox v42, you may want to reset your exceptions in Firefox preferences. Shouldn't be required but may solve some edge cases.
Removed Swedish translation since it was being unmaintained. May bring it back once I find a crowdsourcing site that can translate apps (gh-23)
