Better phrasing, added sources, structured the file | XRPLF#3922

High Level Overview of Change

As the ecosystem grows, more developers will arrive and contribute to rippled, this file will hopefully guide them.

Type of Change

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
