Superseeds #362

As I did not have write access to @vonpupp or @gdubicki fork, I created a new PR.

It's the same commits, just with a cleaner history and the fix we talked about (using case-insensitive comparison instead of regex match)

Fix #359

@maximerety : sorry it took so long ;)

We decided to break `tsrc sync` default behavior, so
the changelog must be updated accordingly
We started following semver again

OK - we just need to merge this and 3.0.0 can be released :)
