More precisely the second part of it (the first was fixed in #47).
This is slightly breaking (the header numberstyle was ignored on
chapters, but this was an oversight). Users might have to remove
it from their style file if they do no want it.

We already load markdown automatically as a class dependency,
and there is not reason now not to have djot at the same level.

Or anything that tries to check whether a page break is needed
feat: Add resilient master file document basic support (1.0)
For case and sub/superscript to work better recursing the AST.
That's quite a change in coding paradigm...
