Markup image zone in Single Charter View

The registered user finds on the single charter screen a link Open Image Tools at the top of the image. Clicking on this link you find four Buttons below the image: Change mode of image editing, zoom in, zoom out, help. After entering the image annotation mode the button changes to view mode. Now you can drag rectangles in the image. When you click into the image you see a red overlay and your rectangle is spared. After the selection of your zone you can add a comment with the button Create Annotation or extract the selection into a seperately stored image Extract Selection. After clicking on viewmode the application changes back into the passive mode. You close the image tool by clicking on Close Image Tool above the image.
