user-administrators can assign the roles to users via My Archive > Manage roles:

  • simple user (=all other roles romved: can bookmark, save and edit charters, submit modified charters to the moderator for publication, create and publish own collections, create image annotations and submit them to the moderator for publication)

  • moderator (can publish a submitted new version of a charter from 'their' users)

  • metadata-manager (can add data and manage archive/fonds/collection level information)

  • html-author (can modify static texts)

  • translator (can modify translations of system messages)

  • user-administrator (can assign and remove roles to users)

  • archivist of a specific archive/collection (the archive can be assigned through choosing any of the archives and clicking on "Manage Archivists")
