Together with the updates pulled from upstream, we inherit 3 new config options:
WASAPI Exclusive/WASAPI Shared in SoundDeviceType
EventDrivenWASAPI (passes an extra 'mode' when initializing WASAPI, not sure what it does to be honest)
MasterVolume (can be useful)
Important remark: due to additional included project and a much larger number of dlls, the project directory structure is evolving (aligning with DTXMania).
So I strongly recommend doing a fresh clone in a new directory.
