Seems like there were some typing updates that allow undefined. Coalescing to the default port was the most expedient way forward.

Description
Update dev-dependency webpack-dev-server to the latest minor of the same major train, to remove some instances of CVE-flagged transitive dependency versions. This does not fully address the Component Governance flags, since the same affected dependencies are brought in by other packages which are under discussion.
