We currently do not find applications that are inside an environment path. We should find applications such as:

  • wt
  • mmc
  • ping
  • ipconfig
  • python
  • .....

While using > would execute these, it isn't straight forward to a user why this works in one spot but not another. In addition, Start menu now supports this.

We should "just work".
