We should give a more useful error message, and probably educate them about the requesting your id be connected to your website account flow.

Better messages when someone without an account is trying to log in with

Custom bootstrap_devise_error_messages! to not show silly message about
947b5d9 
"N errors prohibited this user from being saved". This fixes thewca#235.
