Some of the aluminum profiles have end threads as shown in the technical drawings. The profiles can be ordered directly from ITEM with end threads. Alternatively, the end threads can be processed either with a hand drill or in the workshop. (The ETH workshop in LEO will require the drawings as well as the .STEP files located here.)

Important Notes

• Important note -1 : Because the payload has to be connected to the base the Bottom Side Profiles needs extra holes. These holes are described in the Drawing PDF

• Important note -2 : The Front Top Profiles need to be M8 threaded from both ends just like side profiles.

• Important note -3 : The drawing of vertical profiles is the same for the front middle and back. Thus, in the drawings, it says 6x but in fact, it just 2x from each and in total 6 identical vertical profiles.
