In order to use warm start in osqp_interface, P and A matrices have to meet a certain condition (the positions of zero does not change, the matrix size is fixed).
However, the application can pass only raw P and A matrices to osqp_interface initializer, and csc matrix will be generated in osqp_interface, where the application cannot handle meeting the condition for warm start.
Therefore, the initializer of osqp_interface with csc matrix for P and A is required so that the application can assure that the condition for warm start will be satisfied.
