This mod makes Uranus respawn every 100 seconds by default, his body disappears right away so you can loot, when he respawns he is neutral so he doesn't kill you while looting.
I added more vending machines around his arena and you can teleport directly to his arena from any available fast travel method.
The fast travel is listed as "Uranus" under the Fight For Sanctuary category.
