Swaps Shock Resistance for Shock Damage bonus
Balanced to be similar to BotA and WDT at OP8
The UI displays both as Electrocute Damage for some reason but the first one is Shock and the second is Electrocute
Replaces Legendary Ranger with Legendary Shock Trooper
Stronger damage buff than normal Shock Trooper and boosts Expertise, Impact, Metal Storm, Onslaught, and Quick Charge
