Turn the Moonscaper into the Perses, a good old Carnage shotgun from Borderlands 1, with a bit more boom.

[Features]

- Shoots 9 Rockets (Holy Crap!), rockets similar to a carnage.
- Low accuracy.
- Lowered shot cost to 1, was 2 on Moonscaper.
- Higher fire rate.
- Slow reload speed.
- Higher damage than your average 1 ammo per shot shotgun.
- Pearlescent rarity!
