No Fidget spinners

so i dont like having a fidget spinner on higher grade maliwan SMG's so i removed them
this wont delete or break any sanity checks, its purely visual, you can carry this to other peoples game with no problems, it will just show up w/ a spinner on it if they dont execute this mod
