Turns the Shredifier into the Pre-Sequel Ol' Painful.
Features;
Fires lasers instead of bullets.
Increased damage. (And further boosted with the Unofficial Community Patch buff)
Increased accuracy.
Increased fire rate.
Greatly increased magazine size.
Decreased spin-up time, increased spin-down time.
Can spawn in any element (does not spawn in non-elemental, but will not delete non-elemental versions).
Note;
Upon inspection of the Ol' Painful and Shredifier's inner stats, it turns out they're practically the same gun, just that Ol' Painful was weaker (but buffed to Unofficial Community Patch Shredifier levels in this mod). So you can largely treat this as a Shredifier with lasers that only spawns in elemental versions.
