this was in the realistic weaponry series, but i moved this out because it didn't seem fit.

Actually it's just a blood stained double barrel shotgun.

Two barrels, two rounds
Fires one barrel at a time
Fires both barrels at once while aiming down sights (Exactly double damage)
Somewhat good accuracy
Very high firerate
Very high damage per shot
Suitable for short range, slightly ineffective at medium range
Slow reload speed
