John's Upgraded Legendary Soldier (Replaces Legendary Soldier Class Mod)
This Classic Mod has been popular for years but was being totally surpassed by the Ranger Mods, Grenadier and Veteran for chucking.  This slight buff makes it more interesting and competitive.
